Honest, Informative, and Overall Easy Purchasing Process After much research I finally decided to head over to Tustin Hyundai to check out a 2017 Hyundai Accent. As usual I was reluctant to head to the deale After much research I finally decided to head over to Tustin Hyundai to check out a 2017 Hyundai Accent. As usual I was reluctant to head to the dealership and begin the purchasing process; I've experienced the typical haggling and sneaky techniques with past purchases from other dealerships. Oh boy was I surprised after finalizing the deal and driving my certified used Hyundai Accent off the lot ... the experience was absolutely painless and dare I say pleasurable. But I only have one person to thank for such a wonderful purchasing experience, and that is Tony Benjamin. This is a guy that the rest of the industry should model themselves after. Upon approaching the dealership, Mr. Benjamin approached me and I explained the vehicle I was interested in that was advertised on various websites. He knew the exact car and its location on the lot right off the top of his head (and they have a LOT of cars). Not once did he try to push another vehicle on me and was completely pressure-free through every step: test driving the vehicle, financing options, additional coverage, etc. For the first time in my life I was able to purchase a vehicle from a dealership with 100% transparency and hassle-free; I can say with confidence that Tony Benjamin was solely responsible for everything that made this purchase an A+ across the board. Not to mention he has a plethora of funny and heartwarming stories that will definitely keep you entertained while various departments get the paperwork together. Six months ago I stumbled into Tustin Hyundai to check out the Ioniq. Bill was helpful and genuine with the test drive and providing me the info on Ioniq, even though he knew I wasn’t ready to act as my lease was not up then. Since Thanksgiving, I had been through many other Hyundai dealerships but still wasn’t able to strike a deal. Then I remembered how helpful Bill was, so I gave Tustin Hyundai a try. Bill, again, was genuine and upfront with my online inquiry. I was stuck at work, he answered my questions over email with quotes attached, and went an extra mile to text me a picture of the quotes when I was the one having tech difficulties with my phone/email. His communication was prompt, to the point and efficiently utilizing current technologies! When I got to Tustin Hyundai, Bill was occupied (since I had no appt) but he made sure I was taken care of with Rooben. Rooben was just as helpful with the Ioniq and was able to help me figure out which car was more suitable for my lifestyle and my budget with great value when I could not decide. Rooben was patient with my demands, and detailed in answering all my questions before and after making the deal/during delivery. I kept the team way passed regular hours with the paperwork and delivery on both nights I was there including NYE, but Rooben and the team kept their warmth attitude without complaint. We test drove the Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 and were informed about the features. He made sure to source the specific car I was looking for as far as color and interior goes. This was my 3rd time leasing and so I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership. I knew what I wanted and we had a little flexibility to make the deal happen quickly. Juan communicated with me until the car was ready to pick up the next day. Even financing has become a quicker process (with their recent system transition).
