He was everything (and more) that my parents had told me, putting me at ease the moment that I walked in the door with his warm demeanor. After I had decided on the color choice for the Tucson Sport, I requested that Bill work his magic in finding me my dream car. Inventory showed very few in the area, but to my surprise, he called the next day to inform me that he had found my first choice color combination. He sent me a price quote that not only detailed the price of the car, but all of the available offerings (financial and otherwise), AND it had the added tax, title, extra fees, etc., so that there would be no last minute surprises when sitting with finance to pay for the car. (The final price was exactly as expected). It had been over 16 years since I had a new car and a lot has changed in the car industry technologically, so the fact that Bill spent over 40 minutes explaining every button/feature of the car, from adjusting the seats/mirror/steering wheel/lift gate button to programming some preset radio/XM station favorites made me feel so comfortable driving off of the lot in my new car. When I say that Bill went over the entire car, I mean from the hood to the bumper, and everything in between so that I would be familiar with its operation, and if not, he showed me where to find things in the manual. (Did I mention that he should have left for home hours beforehand)? He patiently addressed my every concern and would not let me leave until my car was connected via BlueLink and Bluetooth. Bill is the ultimate professional with a great sense of humor, dedicated to customer service. You leave feeling as though you just spent a couple of hours with a good friend who just happens to totally enjoy seeing you drive off in the car of your choice. Tustin Hyundai is SO lucky to have Bill Farris represent their products/dealership. A shout out to Finance Director Sheryl Storey as well. Sheryl is so incredibly organized and explained the purpose of all of the paperwork (and there was plenty) before requesting my signature. She explained the value/benefits of the add on services, but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any. (I did purchase). Kudos on a great team effort! More

Every time we walked in, we were greeted by greedy men who were unmotivated to help and instead wanted to con us. It was a terrible experience and we almost thought we would have to settle on a different car until we were contacted by Rooben from Tustin Hyundai. Rooben and Shawn Brown both went above and beyond communicating with us over phone, text, and email to see if they could get us the right car for the right price. Once they found our car of interest, they traded it in from another dealership and drove it over from Huntington Beach in the same day! Upon walking into the dealership, we could already tell that this one had a much better culture and vibe. Everyone was so friendly and treated us like family. Once at the dealership, we worked mainly with Shawn Brown. Shawn was patient, kind, personable and went above and beyond to get us the exact car we were looking for! Totally motivated to help you find what you're looking for and trustworthy. He sat with us for hours, crunching numbers and going over scenarios until we were happy. On top of that, he drove us around in our new car and thoroughly explained how all of the features worked. This was so nice because at the other Hyundai, no one did that with us after test driving THREE CARS. Half of the features the car came with we were unaware about until we switched to Tustin Hyundai!
