I wanted to celebrate my “2 year old birthday”, by getting a 2020 Hyundai Kona EV Ultimate. The lady that took my call and inquiry late Thursday afternoon, was polite and cheerful. You always know that if the person picking up the phone is pleasant, it’s a good sign for customer service. Carlos contacted me within 20 minutes. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted to negotiate the deal via text. I lined up the specifics of the car and we came to a quick agreement on the deal. However, I chose one with the grey interior which was difficult to get. Carlos kept me informed of the process and guided me to a plan B. Within 10 minutes he confirmed car was available in my plan B color and that we could get it to Tustin Hyundai the next day-Sunday. I didn’t realize but Carlos lives very far from the Tustin Hyundai dealership and yet came in on his off day. He spent over 1.5 hour to answer all my questions on the technology and help set the technology part up for me. Carlos is professional, great customer care and represents Tustin Hyundai as a 5 star representative. If I could give Carlos 100 stars I would because he made the process very easy and pain free- with a smile on his face! Thank you Carlos! Thank you also to Sheryl in finance for coming in early and having all the paperwork completed under 20 minutes! Great folks at Tustin Hyundai! Highly recommend. Excellent service and transparent pricing I recently bought a 2020 sonata limited. Initially i went in for a different color and they dont have in stock. Rick took me for a test drive and said I recently bought a 2020 sonata limited. Initially i went in for a different color and they dont have in stock. Rick took me for a test drive and said he will contact other dealers in the area and see if he can get the car transferred. Unfortunately no dealer is willing to trade. I been to poway hyundai and they are complete scammers. So i am back here at Tustin Hyundai. As Rick is out of office Greg helped me with the purchase. Everything went smooth. Had to wait an hour for finance to be called and paper work took about 15 minutes. Overall its a great experience. They are very open about pricing and they don't add any dealer accessories like others do. Thanks Greg for awesome customer service. Highly recommend. More
