In fact, this entire dealership was a first class operation. The finance department was quick and professional in getting us through this step of the car buying process. The parts department was able to answer questions regarding some accessories we were considering and provided quotes as well as ordering information. We had an excellent expereience at Tustin Hyundai! When we walked into the Tustin Hyundai dealership on October 19, 2019, we were trying to decide whether to lease another Hyundai or not. The lease on our 2017 Santa Fe was expiring on November 6. We had plenty of time and were looking at several other makes and models. Then we met Rooben Khachatoorian. He spent time with us, listened carefully to our concerns and needs, did not try to convince us of any particular model, showed us several options, and carefully explained the characteristics of each one. He was patient and professional. We decided to test drive one model that seemed to meet almost all of our needs. Just as we were about to continue with our research on other makes and models, Rooben suggested we see just what the actual monthly cost for the model we had test driven might be. After some back and forth about monthly payments, Rooben was able to get us the payment we were seeking and we decided to make the deal!
