Rooben & Dustin made this seamless, quick and easy. Rooben worked with me and my wife very patiently to answer all our questions. He made sure he was familiar with our needs and showed us cars that fit Rooben worked with me and my wife very patiently to answer all our questions. Dustin made several great suggestions about extra options that we agreed were of value to us. He did not mention some other options, but we would not have selected those anyway. The attention and service at both these dealerships in the Tustin auto mall was superb, 5 star-concierge level. They were considerate, knowledgeable without being pushy or arrogant. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into one car or the other. They encouraged me when I told them I was going to check out the Subaru, Nissan models and I did. Great Buying Experience Recently I had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Kona Electric Vehicle with Internet sales consultant Bill Farris at Tustin Hyundai. Since I wa Recently I had a great experience buying a new Hyundai Kona Electric Vehicle with Internet sales consultant Bill Farris at Tustin Hyundai. Since I was coming from out of the area and already knew what I wanted to purchase, I was pleased to be able to negotiate all aspects of the sale through phone, text, and email prior to visiting the dealership. Once I arrived, Bill took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate all aspects and features of the vehicle in addition to the usual test drive, so that I would be thoroughly familiar with how to operate the vehicle. This was really useful since it had been many years since I had purchased a new car, and there are many new high tech features in Kona EV. It was nice not to feel any of the typical pressure compared to many other dealerships I've visited in the past. I'd highly recommend to Bill Farris and Tustin Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai. More
