Great dealership with a great team! I contacted Rooben on March 1, 2019. We talked for quite some time on the phone regarding the Hyundai Nexo and patiently answered all of the questions I contacted Rooben on March 1, 2019. We talked for quite some time on the phone regarding the Hyundai Nexo and patiently answered all of the questions that I had after he detailed the features of the Hyundai Nexo. After doing so, he added me to the waiting list of prospective buyers and told me that I might be able to get one by the end of March. I ended up submitting my credit application so that I could show that I was serious about purchasing the car. We spoke several more times via phone and text over the next week and after about a week, he called me back and said that there was a car available and I could pick it up right away. Because I had to go on a business trip, he said that I could pay a deposit and then the car would be mine. I am so happy that Rooben and Tustin Hyundai were flexible to accommodate my business travel schedule. Fast forward to Saturday March 18, when I flew down to Orange County with my wife to pick up the car. Rooben told us that he would pick us up at the airport and take care of all the details upon our arrival. Once we were at the dealer, we proceeded to finalize everything so that we could drive our Nexo back home to Northern California. It was a painless process and did not take too much time. The car was already detailed and parked in the delivery and inspection area. Rooben took us out on our first drive of the vehicle, explained the features of the car, and back at the dealership, made sure that I was comfortable with all of the features of the car before I left the dealership and drove home. Car buying can be a draining and taxing process requiring a lot of time, but Rooben and team made this a thoroughly enjoyable process. A few days after I got home, Rooben followed up with a phone call to check up on us. The relationship didn't end with the delivery of the car and I think that was definitely the best part of the process. If you want to pick up a Hyundai and have an awesome experience, please contact Rooben. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. If I were in the market for another Hyundai, I would definitely call Rooben and only Rooben. :-) More
