He took the initiative to keep me apprised of the car and obtained as much information beforehand so when I went into the dealership, my time there was minimal. Easiest time buying a car ever. More

And it was like night and day! Shawn was very transparent with what he was doing and put me at ease with the whole car shopping experience. Fixing Other Peoples Mistakes I can't rave enough about Jonathan and my experience at the Hyundai dealership in Tustin. My contact with them was partially accidental while I was tr I can't rave enough about Jonathan and my experience at the Hyundai dealership in Tustin. My contact with them was partially accidental while I was trying to find a solution for my lease that was coming to an end. I had been dealing with a different Hyundai dealership and they just kept not listening to me and making me feel like they were just trying to make money off me. Overall it was frustrating and I was seeking another option when my information was sent to the dealer and Jonathan contacted me. I gave him a call and I explained my personal situation and the experience I had with the other dealership. He listened to me, sympathized with me, and laid out a plan to get me what I was looking for. Within an hour he had everything approved the way he said he would, he was honest the entire time, and really made me feel like he was on my side. Because of all the work he did ahead of my arrival I was there about an hour and I had my new car. Overall it was the most comfortable I have ever felt buying a car and I would definitely do the whole thing again. They made me feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. Highly reccomend Jonathan and the whole team over there. More

Rooben came and introduced himself and believe it or not he remembered us from 3 years earlier w Arrived at the dealership with car and price in mind. Rooben came and introduced himself and believe it or not he remembered us from 3 years earlier when we came to buy a Veloster. Amazing! We were returning our lease and had decided what we wanted. Rooben showed us a car that fitted our request and the "dealing" started. He was upfront and direct with us as we were with him. We got our car but had to leave for a pre-arranged appointment. No problem. We came back later that day and drove away in our new car. Good experience More
