Tustin Hyundai is the BEST Dealership for Sales and Service Awesome, awesome dealership.! I decided that it was time to buy another Hyundai so I went to Tustin Hyundai dealership as I have been going to their Awesome, awesome dealership.! I decided that it was time to buy another Hyundai so I went to Tustin Hyundai dealership as I have been going to their service department for my 2007 Azera. This dealership has always provided the best service, taking great care of me and never over-charging. Well, this same honesty and great service carries over to the sales department, as well. Upon my arrival, Peter offered me assistance. I told him I was primarily looking for a Santa Fe and he immediately showed me the different ones and explained the difference in features between the trim levels. We went for a test drive and I LOVED the 2019 Santa Fe 2.0T and chose the Limited trim. Peter then introduced me to Rooben who worked with me and helped me to purchase the Santa Fe for a payment that I was comfortable with. The entire process was honest and fair and I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. After the purchase, Rooben spent a great deal of time with me, explaining every feature and every button in this beautiful vehicle. Thank you, Rooben! This dealership is unlike any other--every person is friendly, kind and helpful. They create an amazing environment and they also provide snacks, coffee and water :) I would encourage everyone to go to Tustin Hyundai--I have been to other Hyundai dealerships in the area and I know that you will not find one that compares to Tustin in friendliness, honesty and service.
