The way a buying a car should be. We were looking for a new small SUV for our daughter to take to college this year. We test drove 5 other small SUV and decided to give Hyundai a shot. He was polite, informative, knowledgeable and honest. Tustin Hyundai didn't have the match we were looking for but Marcos found one that was close enough so we could drive it. After we drove the car we told Marcos that there was one more dealership we wanted to do a test drive. Marcos asked who it was and when we told him he said he had a friend over there, as it was their sister dealership. He called the dealer ship and set up an appointment up. I am pretty impressed at this point. We went over and drove the car. After dinner we decided that the Hyundai Tucson was the best bang for the buck. We called Marcos and told him what we have decided and he went to work to find us our exact SUV. This was a big deal for our daughter and Marcos made her feel important.
