When I walked into Tustin Hyundai on July 4th, I really intended it to be only a sh I had been looking for an SUV for months, mostly at Acura dealers. When I walked into Tustin Hyundai on July 4th, I really intended it to be only a short visit to see what they had available during their sale. I was somewhat familiar with the Santa Fe Sport. Rooben met me at the lot and provided a low key, accurate and friendly response to all of my questions. He let the car sell itself. Since my wife was not with me, he offered to ride with me back to our house so she could see it and we could check if my bicycle would fit in the back (it did with room to spare). He searched inventory to find the right colors I wanted and the "Ultimate" trim package I was looking for. Price negotiation was fair and quick--no waiting around or meeting with endless managers up the chain of command. The car was ready for me to drive away at COB on the same day even though it was a Holiday. The actual purchase process took less than one half hour. Roobin thoroughly explained every feature on the car before I drove off. Overall, an eccellent experience. More
