I purchased my second Hyundai within the last 4 months and had a wonderful experience at Tustin Hyundai. I had worked previously with Jacob O’Neil when trying to purchase my first car in May with the Cost and had a wonderful experience at Tustin Hyundai. I had worked previously with Jacob O’Neil when trying to purchase my first car in May with the Costco program. He was helpful, in no way overbearing, and understood when I purchased elsewhere only due to lack of inventory at TH. This time I reached out to him directly to explore options for my daughter. Again he was helpful and kind and found us the perfect car for her. I was able to complete my credit app online and had an amazingly quick experience once I arrived to complete the paperwork and take delivery. I also had a great experience with Sheryl Storey, the Finance Director, when signing all final papers. She was also kind and not pushy or rude in any way. I had a fairly good experience at another dealership in May, but this experience was even that much better! I appreciated how quickly I was in and out, and my daughter driving home in her beautiful new car. Thanks for a great overall experience! More

I will recommend this particular Hyundai dealership to my own friends and family after my experience here as I had gone to a different one and ended up leaving due to a subpar experience. Rooben Khachatoorian was very helpful and patient with me, as I wanted time to think through my indecisiveness, and I also had to leave and come back the next day due to an insurance change on my part. He said not a problem, kept the car for me, and all I had to do was sign the paperwork, very smooth and easy. The finance lady Crystal Ott was very nice as well, and it was clear what I was paying for at the end. Also (a big deal to me) no dealer add-ons, just the things on the sticker! I was very happy I didn't have to go through negotiating over add-ons I didn't want, which is something many people have complained about with other dealerships in general. The facility was very nice and organized, and they even had some free Chick-fil-A when I was there, which was very kind of them. More
