Micheal was great guy and I tried a few other dealerships and the experince was a nightmare. But I do like to add that general sale manager Shawn, refused to speak to me the night before the purchase when I and the experince was a nightmare. But I do like to add that general sale manager Shawn, refused to speak to me the night before the purchase when I asked a technical question about the sales tax rate as there was some confusion. Basically told me they have hit their sales numbers and " for my own sake I should buy the car" and that sales tax is what it is, and he's tired of going back and forth with me after two text messages, one being about sales tax %. If I had got a better price or was willing to waste more time at dealerships I would not have bought with them simply because he was super rude to me and I felt disrespected. Again Micheal shieh was great through our the whole thing, so I do recommend Micheal but not Shawn the main guy. More
