Bill is amazing I can't say enough about how awesome Bill is. I called in advance to let them know I was bringing in my in-laws to purchase a car. He took the time to talk to my in-laws about what they were looking for in a car and really got a sense of what they needed. We talked for 30 minutes before we even looked at a car. I've never met a car salesperson who was this thorough and patient. Even when my mother-in-law almost drove on the wrong side of the road during the test drive, Bill kindly instructed her to get back to the right. LOL.
