Most Genuine Salesman I went in to look for a new car with my husband and were expecting to experience the usual Dealership hassle but instead we were greeted by Q who was I went in to look for a new car with my husband and were expecting to experience the usual Dealership hassle but instead we were greeted by Q who was the most genuine salesman right off the back. You just got a great feeling from him and the more we got to talking to him, the more we got to see how helpful, nice, funny, and just real he was. He went with us on a test drive and answered all of our questions without any pressure. He walked us through all of the details of the vehicle (Hyundai Ioniq) and then left us alone to talk. When we decided to go ahead with the purchase, he continued to be so helpful with guiding us through each step and very easily get us a great deal and what we were looking to pay each month. He help us get the color of car we wanted and made sure we took it home clean and full of gas. The whole experience was so much smoother and easier than I was expecting and I love that he said we can always come back to him if we need anything in the future. I've been in customer service for over 14 years and am always looking for top quality customer service in others as well and Q was the the top of it all.
