Bill is amazing I can't say enough about how awesome Bill is. I called in advance to let them know I was bringing in my in-laws to purchase a car. I asked them to provide someone who would be patient and not too pushy. Bill exceeded our expectations in every sense of the word. He took the time to talk to my in-laws about what they were looking for in a car and really got a sense of what they needed. We talked for 30 minutes before we even looked at a car. I've never met a car salesperson who was this thorough and patient. Even when my mother-in-law almost drove on the wrong side of the road during the test drive, Bill kindly instructed her to get back to the right. LOL. I really can't say enough good things about this man. He redefined to me what a car salesman should be like. I will always come to Tustin Hyundai first when buying a new car. More
