fast no hassle dealer New cars I have purchased in the past have taken me HOURS to get through the process. This dealership was a welcomed surprise. I was met with a ZER New cars I have purchased in the past have taken me HOURS to get through the process. This dealership was a welcomed surprise. I was met with a ZERO pressure salesman named John Moody. He introduced himself and gave me his card. I told him my intentions and interests. He brought us to the car, opened it and let me know he was available to answer questions. He then gave us space to look over the vehicle unlike most sales people who hover over you like a vulture. When we did have questions, he was quick to respond and his direct to the point answers were appreciated. We left the dealership and went to two other dealers to look at other makes. Within 3 days we were back at Tustin Hyundai buying the vehicle. I had voiced earlier to Mr. Moody that I HATED the new car buying experience. He suggested a few things I could do before I went down to purchase the car to speed things up. We were in and out and in our new car within 30 minutes!! Best car buying experience ever! If you are a buyer who is not wishy-washy and knows what they want, this dealership is for you. ....THANKS JOHN! More

Best Car Buying Experience Hands Down! I have been to dealership after dealership and dealt with the full spectrum of people. I have to say that from the moment I shook Kevin's hand it was I have been to dealership after dealership and dealt with the full spectrum of people. I have to say that from the moment I shook Kevin's hand it was the best service I have ever received when buying a car. Many other employees there checked in to say hi, so the overall feel of the dealership itself is great! I test drove 2 cars and talked about 3. I let Kevin know my real life circumstances (kids, income, how and where I'll be driving), and he helped me work through any car buying nervousness by treating me like an individual and not someone to be sales-pitched. I felt like I was talking with a friend about what I wanted and what was realistic and did not feel pressured at all. After at least 8 months of searching (and giving up a couple times), I finally have a vehicle that I LOVE and is safe for my family. Thank you Kevin and Tustin Hyundai for making me so happy and a life-long customer! More
