From beginning to end, Frank and the whole Tustin Hyundai staff were polite, treated me with respect, and answered all my questions with ease. Frank carefully went over every detail of the lease which made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I have to say that from the moment I shook Kevin's hand it was I have been to dealership after dealership and dealt with the full spectrum of people. I have to say that from the moment I shook Kevin's hand it was the best service I have ever received when buying a car. Many other employees there checked in to say hi, so the overall feel of the dealership itself is great! I test drove 2 cars and talked about 3. I let Kevin know my real life circumstances (kids, income, how and where I'll be driving), and he helped me work through any car buying nervousness by treating me like an individual and not someone to be sales-pitched. I felt like I was talking with a friend about what I wanted and what was realistic and did not feel pressured at all. After at least 8 months of searching (and giving up a couple times), I finally have a vehicle that I LOVE and is safe for my family. Excellent service ! I never really thought about purchasing a Hyundai vehicle until I walked in and was greeted by Jimmy and Carlitos. I told Jimmy exactly what I wanted and he pointed me in the direction of the Elantras. As soon as I got in to the band new car, I loved it. As we took it for a test drive, he answered all the questions my mom and I had. We were new at the whole leasing idea and Jimmy explained everything there was to know about leasing a car. As a first time buyer I had no idea how the paper work went but it was super easy and didn’t take too much time. Jimmy didn’t just try to sell us a car but both him and Carlitos sat down and talked and got to know my mom and I and that made us both feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase and having great customer service. The best part is the bow they put on my car so I could take pictures with !!! More
