Terrible customer service. Very pushy and dishonest We were immediately greeted by an overenthusiastic sales person by the name of Q. We loved the car we test drove but when we got to the numbers he co We were immediately greeted by an overenthusiastic sales person by the name of Q. We loved the car we test drove but when we got to the numbers he couldn't beat a better quote we had received from local competition (the quote had been over the phone but I now have it In writing). In order to get close to the competitors quote he raised my interest rate from 0% to 7% thus negating any discount he applied. Like a dog unwilling to let go of a bone, he wouldn't let us leave and would offer continuously worse options after talking to his management. He wouldn't give us any paperwork of his quote and kept saying that the dealer who gave us a quote would cheat us on the back end of the deal. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. More
