We traded in a like new 2013 Equus when purchasing this vehicle (not completely happy with trade in value). John was very professional in all regards of the purchase process. Rooben Khachatoorian took over to lead us through the features of the car, he was very thorough to cover everything on the car, spending more then an hour making sure we were comfortable before we left. Only after I calculated myself before signing all of the official docs, did I realize that I might have agreed to purchasing various things that I didn't realize I was getting. They had included various warranties and insurances without explicitly indicating the costs when discussing the full price. They used to tactic to work off how you'd feel about the monthly note to masquerade all of the things that you'd be agreeing to. Whether it was time or hunger or what not, I wasn't focused until right before signing and thankfully I caught it. Other than that, I'm happy with the vehicle. I imagine that is just the normal process of purchasing a car. It's long and arduous. More
