Only after I calculated myself before signing all of the official docs, did I realize that I might have agreed to purchasing various things that I didn't realize I was getting. They had included various warranties and insurances without explicitly indicating the costs when discussing the full price. They used to tactic to work off how you'd feel about the monthly note to masquerade all of the things that you'd be agreeing to. Whether it was time or hunger or what not, I wasn't focused until right before signing and thankfully I caught it. Other than that, I'm happy with the vehicle. I imagine that is just the normal process of purchasing a car. It's long and arduous. More

No mistakes or exceptions! I was in the dealership less than 30 minuets before I was on my way home. I have bought many cars over the years (mostly Mercedes Benz) and have never been treated better. I set up an appointment with him after work and met and this was one of the best experiences I had buying a car period. Carlitos was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.
