Honest, respectful & helpfull I have been helping my son find the right car as his first new car. Many other dealers had deceiving tactics such as having a price on their website I have been helping my son find the right car as his first new car. Many other dealers had deceiving tactics such as having a price on their website but then when you got to the dealer, they would say you have to buy certain add-ons such as LoJack, tinted window etc that cannot be removed. Other dealers would include rebates in their price that majority of people would not qualify (for example 1,000 uber driver). However, Bill at Tustin Hyundai gave me strait answer from the first call I had with him and by the time the deal was closed, nothing had changed from what he told me over the phone. Bill also took the time to explain to my son the whole entire process, what to look for, etc. Thank you Bill for all you did for us. More

We couldn't have gotten a nicer salesman and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I noticed they were very family and pet friendly. The facility was clean and comfortable while we waited for the sale to be processed. I haven't received confirmation on the cancellations, as this was just submitted today, but I left feeling Tustin Hyundai wanted to make sure I was taken care of, even after the purchase. More
