Very professional I was lucky and appreciative to have John Moody as my salesman. Upon walking on to the lot late on a Thursday night, John was immediately there I was lucky and appreciative to have John Moody as my salesman. Upon walking on to the lot late on a Thursday night, John was immediately there to show us a 2017 Genesis 5.0 that we had been interested in looking at. He was knowledgeable about all the features of the car and he was able to instruct me how to use all the multiple functions on this state of the art car. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I returned to the dealership two days later to purchase the vehicle. It was smooth sales process without any high pressure sales tactics of the extra warranties or other extras. The financing was completed in a timely fashion and before leaving the dealership, John took 20 minutes inside the car to make sure I knew how to operate all the functions. I'm definitely sold! My sister and I have been shopping around for a SUV for awhile. Just looking. Didn't get serious until the Labor Day weekend. Used Costco Auto Buy My sister and I have been shopping around for a SUV for awhile. Just looking. Didn't get serious until the Labor Day weekend. Used Costco Auto Buying program and got a quote from another dealership. Price was great, except the color selection. Searched around online and found that Tustin Hyundai has the color that we wanted. Called first to confirm they still have the vehicle, and if they are willing to match the Costco quote. They gladly agreed. Drove in to the dealership. Test drove the Santa Fe Sport. Took a 30 min break to enjoy the In-and-Out that was nearby (we didn't have lunch yet at 4:30pm). Decide on which model we wanted (they each have different packages). Came back. Sat down. Worked some numbers out. The whole thing went smooth. The entire car buying experience here was definitely very pleasant. Will recommend this dealership for sure! More
