Hard to believe that I even use the word "enjoyable" when you know you are about to wheel and deal, play "mouse and cat" game between the Sales Manager, sales rep, sales consultant...... But Bill Farris made the buying so easy! Bill is the only one we worked with during the entire negotiation process, he is just straightforward when presenting the car facts, the financing, what buying options are available to us.... The entire discussion was done in a very professional manner, no hassle, no haggling. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He surely is someone you can trust! Oh, did I tell you that Bill even came in on his day-off to secure the car with the color that I wanted? Best car buying experience - both times I met Frank Jourban in May, 2014 when I did a build & price on the Hyundai website for a Sonata. I did this for several dealerships to see if I would I met Frank Jourban in May, 2014 when I did a build & price on the Hyundai website for a Sonata. I did this for several dealerships to see if I would get a response. Frank was the only one who had the Sonata, with all of the options and color in stock, but better than that, it was the transparency of the initial contact. He provided details of the vehicles, VIN's, options and the selling price. The other dealerships were saying "we don't have what you want, but come on in anyway." So impressed with his response, I told him I'd be there that evening. When I arrived, he had both the one I wanted plus the turbo waiting for me to drive. Needless to say within a few hours I was on my way home with the turbo. Fast forward 3 years - I was ready to trade in the Sonata for the loaded 2018 Santa Fe. I went online, did the build and who responds but Frank. It was so reassuring to see he was with the same dealership. Since the options I wanted were in a new model, I didn't expect it to be available so we agreed for me to come in and drive one to see if I like it. We set up a time that coming Saturday and he told me that he would do all he could to get the one I want onsite by Saturday. Once again, Frank was on point and had the exact model, color and options onsite from San Diego. I was thrilled to in a short time, I was heading home with my 2018 Santa Fe. Frank is truly dependable, personable, professional, and a joy to work with. I never do reviews but I felt very strongly about posting my experience. Along with Frank, his co-workers at Tustin Hyundai Service Department are a great bunch. I lived in Huntington Beach and went to the new Hyundai there and felt they were still finding their way. I'm in Chino Hills and would not hesitate to bring my car to Tustin Hyundai for service. Great people, awesome service, and I recommend Frank for any car purchase experience. An absolute pleasure to work with. I would never hesitate recommending him or the dealership. Thank you, Frank! More
