I'm definitely sold! My sister and I have been shopping around for a SUV for awhile. Just looking. Didn't get serious until the Labor Day weekend. Used Costco Auto Buying program and got a quote from another dealership. Price was great, except the color selection. Searched around online and found that Tustin Hyundai has the color that we wanted. Called first to confirm they still have the vehicle, and if they are willing to match the Costco quote. They gladly agreed. Drove in to the dealership. Test drove the Santa Fe Sport. Took a 30 min break to enjoy the In-and-Out that was nearby (we didn't have lunch yet at 4:30pm). Decide on which model we wanted (they each have different packages). Came back. Sat down. Worked some numbers out. The whole thing went smooth. The entire car buying experience here was definitely very pleasant. Will recommend this dealership for sure! More
