We were looking at the Kia Niro EX with the advanced tech package (in case any hybrid shoppers were wondering) and Bill showed us the Hyundai Ioniq SEL and Limited, both with the tech packages. He never bait/switched us and helped us stay within our budget. When we had questions about financing or leasing since this was our first car purchase as a new married couple, he broke down everything for us and helped us make sense of things.
