My Experience: I wanted a new car, specifically a sporty luxury car. I did my homework and found that the amenities, performance, and looks were all wrapped together in the Genesis G80 Sport. I had read months earlier in an article that Costco has a great discount with approved dealers. So I went through the Costco website and sent my request into Tustin Hyundai. I was immediately contacted by and worked with Shawn Brown an internet sales person at Tustin Hyundai. He asked me questions about my wants and desires of a car and made me feel comfortable. He didn’t force me to come down to the dealership to get a quote (with the Costco discount). I was right away impressed. I was still in my heart looking for a STEAL of a deal with any sport luxury car. After 1.5 weeks I made contact again with Shawn about wanting to come in and look at the car. He picked up the phone on his day off and made an appointment for a time suitable for me. I came to the dealership with my wife and spent time test driving the car. We had him pull several cars next to each other to compare. He listened and gave helpful suggestions. We made the big decision and purchased the car. Financed part of the car and got a good rate (better than my CU). He filled it up with a full tank of gas and got the car detailed for us while we did paperwork. After everything was done he told me anytime I have any questions to call him and he will answer them or find an answer for me. I would recommend anyone to use Costco, get Shawn, and workout your car deal with Tustin Hyundai. Make sure you get an Exceptional Price (TrueCar). More
