The best car buying experience ever! When we first met Bill we were looking at the Tuscon while comparison shopping like vehicles. He was very thorough about all the features of the car. He took us on several test drives and was comfortable with both my mom and I driving the car. We were very impressed with his honesty and candidness with our questions and knew that if we decided on purchasing a Hyundai it would be with him. After driving similar models from other dealers I decided I wanted a Santa Fe Sport. I contacted Bill and he was quick to respond via cell to answer all my questions and to find what I wanted. He found a car at another dealer and also one at his own for me to consider. Ended up going with the one he had and made the purchase the same day. He walked us through every step of the process and was again very thorough in his demonstration of all the vehicle's features before we left with the new car. We would definitely do business with him again and will encourage others to as well. He handled us with care and respect which is rare these days. More

I was greeted the moment I walked into the dealership and was directed to Shawn, who I had been talking about the car with online. Within a few minutes, we were out on the lot looking at the car and then went for a test drive. I was quoted some numbers in person, and then asked for more information via email after I left the dealership and received a prompt response. When I decided to purchase, the car was ready to go before I even arrived to sign the paperwork. I was out in under an hour, which I was not expecting. Even after the purchase, I've had consistent and quick communication with the dealership regarding service and other paperwork needed by the bank for financing. I highly recommend Tustin Hyundai!
