I was greeted the moment I walked into the dealership and was directed to Shawn, who I had been talking about the car with online. Within a few minutes, we were out on the lot looking at the car and then went for a test drive. I was quoted some numbers in person, and then asked for more information via email after I left the dealership and received a prompt response. When I decided to purchase, the car was ready to go before I even arrived to sign the paperwork. I was out in under an hour, which I was not expecting. Even after the purchase, I've had consistent and quick communication with the dealership regarding service and other paperwork needed by the bank for financing. I highly recommend Tustin Hyundai!
