The online visibility of Tustin Hyundai's inventory allowed me to find the car I wanted, and was incredibly current. Once I arrived with my family, we were able to locate the car and look it over without being approached by a salesperson. This isn't a complaint: I don't appreciate hard sell techniques in general, but I especially dislike intrusive behavior while I'm still appraising a vehicle. Once I was ready to speak with a salesperson, a quick inquiry with the receptionist was all it took to be introduced to John. John was knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles from personal experience. During the test drive, he related several stories of how he purchased a Hyundai, and then later came to work for them. It was not the typical patter of, "This is a great car, they're flying off of the lot. I can make you a special deal but you need to act now." John gave me the mental space to evaluate the car. After returning from the test drive, I let John know that I was interested in leasing the vehicle. During our conversation John identified several discounts for which I could qualify, and of which I was not aware. We discussed a couple of different scenarios (one with some money down, one without), and then I left with my family to grab some lunch. John didn't put us in some interior conference room/cell and make us wait. He called me on my cell phone and we reviewed the numbers. I returned to the dealership later that day and we finished the lease in what felt like a very reasonable amount of time. For me, the buying/leasing process of a car has a negative stigma about it. My experiences with other dealerships makes me wonder if they are trying to make the process so painful that you won't want to go through it all again and you just give in. Tustin Hyundai and John Moody were exactly the opposite: I was given the room to reach my own unforced decisions, and the process was as easy and streamlined as I could have hoped for. More

We found them through the Costco Auto program, first in 2016 when we leased a Sonata, and then this lease of a 2017 Elantra as a second car. On both occasions, we found Bill to be knowledgeable, affable and no-pressure. He explained various aspects of leasing (such as how a "0/0/0 down" deal affects the lease payment), and we felt like we were given all the information we needed up front to make an informed decision. I especially liked the way this dealership quotes you a lease payment that's all-inclusive (tax, license, etc.) so there are no surprises later in the process. We've also been happy with both cars, and with the service at Tustin Hyndai's Service department. I had rented several pre-2017 Elantras from Hertz and not been too impressed with the pickup and ride, but Hyundai appears to have fixed those issues in the 2017 model. The car's a real pleasure to drive. All in all, no problems here. I'd recommend Bill, Hyundai and this dealership to anyone. More
