Last week, i was browsing for a car on Truecars.com and one of the dealerships that came up was Tustin Hyundai. It's close to my house and they had pretty good reviews on various sites so I decided to pay them a visit. I prepared myself not to get bullied/pressured by any salesmen into buying and walked in with handful of excuses why I wasn't buying that day. I met Frank and Shawn. I judge people by their handshakes, and they both had firm, strong, shakes, so that was a good start. Shawn showed me the car I was interested in and we went for a test drive and showed me some of the features of the car. He's tone and attitude was so chill; I didn't feel any pressure. I told him I need a day to think and he was cool with that. No leash, no managers jumping out of nowhere chasing me down. I walked out in one piece. Fast forward to day of pick up- he had me do a quick credit app online before arriving, so by the time I got there, he had everything ready. The finalization took less than an hour. I took the car back today because I had trouble hooking up my android phone to my new ride. Frank and Kevin spent almost an hour with me to sync my phone. They did not give up, they did not push me away. Kevin finally got it hooked up, gave a quick tour of how it works, and off we went. This was the best car buying experience ever, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. More

When I told him I could only be there on a certain day, at a certain time, Bill went out of his way to be at the dealership. I appreciate Bill being upfront, straightforward and above all, his friendliness. I had previously bought 2 other Elantras at a different dealership and I could've gone back there, but because of Bill's personality, I chose to buy from Tustin Hyundai. More

Perfect Needed to get a second car--went to another dealership and didn't feel valued at all after admitting to not having the most perfect credit. So happy we decided to go to Tustin Hyundai--the fiance and I purchased our first car there with Jim Dimas (who was great by the way!). This time around, John Moody was our salesman and he was welcoming, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, not pushy at all, and worked with what we had--he never made us feel unworthy or discouraged.
