I received a notice that my car needed to be serviced for the auto theft issues happening with Hyundai. When I made the appointment for service, I spoke with Bryan. He was courteous and accommodating at gett the auto theft issues happening with Hyundai. When I made the appointment for service, I spoke with Bryan. He was courteous and accommodating at getting me scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment, he was my point of contact. Again, he was just as friendly and helpful as on the phone; with a smile, too. He walked me to the waiting area, gave me an update when my car was close to being finished and when I left, walked me out to show me where my car was parked. I truly appreciate his kind disposition; I always feel a little anxiety when going to car dealerships because I’m female. I’ve had more than one bad experience in the past at other dealerships. I will always go to Tustin Hyundai because I feel less intimidated, the employees from all departments make me feel at ease and don’t talk down to me and they’re upfront. Also…the service tech sends you a video of the work they did for you, which is cool. Bryan is a great employee. More

I had a service appointment at 1:00 and wanted to bring it in early. They said no problem and were extremely accommodating. Fernando checked me in. The customer service was impeccable. The video I received was short, and to the point. I truly appreciated it. And, I received a Good Will coverage on an expired warranty a few years ago. And, I have another similar situation now wit I truly appreciated it. And, I received a Good Will coverage on an expired warranty a few years ago. And, I have another similar situation now with an extended warranty. And, I am hoping that they will pull through for me, again. My wife and I currently own three 2015 Sonata's, one being a hybrid. We love them, and we love Tustin Hyundai, and Hyundai Motor America in general for owning up to to their workmanship, to follow up on customer satisfaction over the course of the vehicles' lifetime.
