The questions on the survery are very tricky because some times you do not know what it is referring to. I do not know what the "Title of your review" should be. My experience with Bill and Tustin Hyundai started with an internet inquiry (via the TrueCar app), moved to a phone call with Bill, and a stop to the dealer the next day where we purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Bill was knowledgable, honest, up front, patient, and went out of his way to get the specific car we were looking for. I've never had a car buying experience go this well, no games, great pricing, and just about everything you hope for in an auto purchase experience. By the way, the picture taking with the bow is a great touch. Adds to the special moment of buying a car... which is how it should feel! He not only puts your mind totally at ease about the vehicle you are about to purchase, but explains the quality's of Hyundai. the parent company. Bill puts in the extra effort making sure the customer gets what he or she is looking for.. As for myself, i was going from a Hyundai Genesis (have owned 4 of them) to a Hyundai Santa FE Sport 2.0T. Bill was my guide, answering my many questions, explaining the differences between all your SUV's and color combinations , what was available and what was not. even if it was not available he continues checking in a large mileage radius. I wanted a fully loaded vehicle, Bill explained ALL the add on's and what they did or did not do. again, putting me at ease. Happy Times, Bill found the exact car. My After Purchase Experience was exceptional! Bill spent about 1 1/2 hours with me going over not just the safety features but every button, important pages in hand books provided, setting up the radio to my liking among others.
