Best experience I have ever had I came into Tustin Hyundai this weekend ,not sure if I was going to be able to make a purchase, but I worked with Bill and now own a certified pre ow I came into Tustin Hyundai this weekend ,not sure if I was going to be able to make a purchase, but I worked with Bill and now own a certified pre owned 2016 Hyundai Accent! Bill is wonderful to work with, he is a very genuine person, very personable and courteous, no pressure , and very informative. Math was never my best subject, and he was very patient and broke down all the numbers so that I understood how much everything was and what my payments would be. I really appreciate that he helped me stay within my budget. I also appreciated his patience and his knowledge, and how easy he is to talk to. This really helped me determine which car would be best for me. He made some things happen, that I didn't think would, and when it was all finalized he even put a bow on my new car. That was really neat! :) I am really grateful I got to work with Bill, yet I would like to point out that everyone we came in contact with at Tustin Hyundai , all the way through financing, was so wonderful, and helped contribute to an overall , fantastic experience. Buying a car here was much easier than I thought it would be, and most certainly easier and far, far better than past experiences at other places. I can't wait to work with Bill again someday!
