Bill Farris came along and it turned into the most pleausrable car buying experience I have ever had. I needed to buy a new car with a time sensative issue. It was New Year's Eve. Bill, the finnance manager and other key people stayed even after hours to help us in every way and we drove out of there so pleased we bought two cars. I made the 77 mile drive and was greeted by him as we pulled up. This guy was professional, courteous, honest and NOT pushy.
