Quick, Accommodating, Informative, & Friendly I called Tustin Hyundai looking to get a vehicle for a company employee and needed it as quickly as possible. Luckily I got Bill Farris on the phone. I called Tustin Hyundai looking to get a vehicle for a company employee and needed it as quickly as possible. Luckily I got Bill Farris on the phone. Probably one of the most friendly and professional car sales individuals I've ever dealt with. I laid the facts out and he quickly gave me my options and enough information that I was able to save myself a lot of headache by trying to call other dealers. I went in the next day and found a great car at a great price. I told him my business partner was flying in town and we would need to do all of the paperwork the next day. He said they couldn't take the car off the market until paperwork or payment was complete, which I understood...business is business. He did get everything ready so we could complete it all the next day. Well, as fate would have it, someone else came in a bought the car before I could get back the next day. Bill called me and filled me in on the unfortunate details but said they could find a solution. On his day off, made a bunch of calls between me and the dealer and finally found some options that would work. I went in and was handed over to Steve (Sales Manager) and Q (another Sales Professional). Both were eager to help resolve my situation. After looking at the local options which didn't quite work for my use, they showed me an option at a sister store in Huntington Beach. It looked like it would work but I needed to see it first. They told me to go grab some lunch and they would have it at the dealer by the time I finished. Sure enough, I got a call as I was finishing lunch that it was there. I checked it out, it was exactly as they described and would work perfect for what I needed. The rest was quick and easy. Long story short...they took care of everything in a professional and friendly manor with a willingness to do whatever it took to make things work. Thanks! More
