I had the great pleasure to have Crystal as my Finance Manager to walk me through the signing of documents. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services. Since I was leasing Crystal shared the value of a End of Lease Wear & Tear Policy which only added a few dollars to my payment. It made sense to purchase since it will cover up to $5000 of excessive wear & tear items including tire replacement. The cost of tires alone was a key concern and the policy will take care of it. Do yourself a favor and the next time you are in the market for a vehicle call ahead and asked for Bill Farris and find out how purchasing can be informative and enjoyable.
