I suppose our fault for not attempting to do this online. Hyundai should suggest to fill out loan paper work online before coming in. They should offer online pre approval process. They need to suggest that most of the process can be online. No one should be at a dealership for 4 hours. We have excellent credit so that was not reason for process. Suggest they offer fresh fruit while waiting. So this is not Bill but Hyundai. Great working with Bill. More
