Happy Customer I would like to start off by saying how impressed I was with the high quality customer service that was provided at this dealership. My 7 week old son I would like to start off by saying how impressed I was with the high quality customer service that was provided at this dealership. My 7 week old son and I were in a car accident caused by a drunk driver that resulted in a totaled car. My husband and I searched everywhere to replace my car. We went to NUMEROUS dealerships but walked away from every single one as I was not happy with their vehicles, customer service, etc. When we looked online at this dealer's inventory, I saw a vehicle I liked and called to set up a time to see it. From the moment I called the dealership, John (Captain John) was able to set up a time to meet with us but more importantly, he asked how we were after the accident. He genuinely cared about our well-being. I told him we would go see the car after a doctor's appt (follow up after the car accident). He called us the next day to ask how the doctors appointment had gone before he asked to confirm our own meeting with him. When we arrived, the car was in spectacular condition (waxed, cleaned thoroughly, etc.). We determined that we loved the car! The negotiation process was smooth and reasonable. Thank you Tustin Hyundai for our vehicle and a special thank you to John who always made sure our needs were being met througout our experience. More
