Bill spent time however, to give me detailed pricing and discounts that were all honored exactly when it was time to buy and we were signing the paperwork. We appreciated his honesty and courteousness throughout the entire, painless process. We also worked with a technician in the service department named Elsa (don't know her last name) a number of times. Elsa was also extremely courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We also appreciated her positive attitude greatly! More

Most relaxed car-buying experience in a long time. The Hyundai Genesis practically sells itself, but the genuine friendliness extended to us by John made the car-shopping chore an enjoyable adventure. You'll like it!". And we did :) We were short on time, but John and the "Guy in the Booth" worked quickly on the financial negotiations, and accommodated us with a next-day delivery. John is very thorough in his demonstration of the car's many features, patiently assisting with programming the driver seat settings, as well as ensuring the automatic driving features were set correctly, and the custom setting were as we liked. We appreciated his phone follow-up a few days later to ask about our driving experience and check on whether we had any questions about the car's features. This is our first Hyundai experience, and the Tustin dealership has a great support team, from John Moody to Sheryl Storey. Thank you ! More
