Our Best Car Buying Experience!! Bill Farris is the best sales person we have seen our life. We ( both me and my wife and probably our 4 year old son ) thank God that on that lucky, o Bill Farris is the best sales person we have seen our life. We ( both me and my wife and probably our 4 year old son ) thank God that on that lucky, otherwise event less evening, we found Bill greeting us Tustin Hyndai dealership. From that moment it was the smoothest ride and greatest experience. We have purchased several cars before, but we have not received such treatment / behavior from any other sales person. Car buying experience is always a pressure on nerves with negotiations and arguments. For this time we visited several dealers ( including Tustin Hyndai few weeks back ) looking for good deal and our Elantra of specific color and trim. Finally we decided to check back with Tustin Hyndai again. The way Bill provided his service, our car buying experience became magnificent. His behavior was so pleasant ( even during negotiation of price ) and forward looking attitude to get a win-win deal was definitely note worthy and memorable. Despite of my little sons so many questions during delivery of car I have not seen at a single moment of impatience in him. He is well informed, extremely transparent and funny. If you are lucky like us all your pressure of buying a car will go away the moment you start talking to him. We wish we can clone many more Bill Farris in every car dealership :) More

Honest, Fair and Fun Experience for 10 years here I own 3 Hyundai's and the service group here takes of all of them wonderfully. Martin, Trina and their manager Gary always put the customer first.
