Carlitos is awesome! I had been looking at cars for over a month and had been to a bunch of other dealerships. After the Hyundai dealership my search was over. I found a car I loved and was working with Carlitos. He was honest and patient with all of my questions. He was genuine and very knowledgable. I went back and forth comparing other cars to the Elantra I was looking at and he gave me the differences. This was my first car I would be buying brand new and he got me a good APR with the bank. That was awesome! But this is what was even more amazing. After buying the car, Calitos called to see how it was going and said they had found another bank that had an even lower APR! I was shocked, the service didn't stop when I signed the papers, it continued long after I left! It's amazing and refreshing to find people who actually care about their customers and prove it in their actions!
