My Tucson was due for its service. I purchased my car at this dealership and always bring it in when it is time for a check-up. Most often I phone ahead to let the service dept - namely Trina - know that I this dealership and always bring it in when it is time for a check-up. Most often I phone ahead to let the service dept - namely Trina - know that I am coming in. When I arrive - she greets me with a hearty welcome and then we go over what needs to be taken care of. She gives me an estimated time it will be done as well as an estimated cost and the reasons for it. I cannot remember a time that it has been more than the estimate. And the work done is always quality work and professionally taken care of. I trust their judgment. Most often I wait on the premises, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and there is wi - fi so that I can tend to my personal needs as necessary. The time passes quickly in these surroundings. When the job is complete Trina calls me by name and explains what has been done and I settle the account and go outside to my clean car. I like the complimentary car wash. I am not aware of another dealership where the customers are so satisfied. More

I scheduled an appointment; they began working on my car at the scheduled appointment time. I was told ahead of time as to how long it would take and they had my service completed and my car washed 15 minutes earlier than expected. I waited while the work was being done and had access to a desk area so I could work on some of my personal paper work. I was frequently offered water and asked if there was anything they could do to make my wait more comfortable. I have had all of my service done through this dealership and have always been treated graciously. I would highly recommend this dealership from sales to service. I am a very satisfied customer. Four years ago I bought a Santa Fe and got to know Mark from bringing it in for all its regular check-ups. He always took great care of me and I was never over-charged or sold services I didn't need. They even send out coupons, which keeps the prices down. I'm a single mother, so having someone trustworthy taking care of my car is priceless. When it was time to get my daughter a car for college, I wanted to buy another Hyundai because I knew Mark would take good care of her too. We've had her Accent for a year and they are keeping it in tip-top shape. I have not had any mechanical deficiencies with any of my Hyundais - just routine maintenance. I traded in my Santa Fe for an Elantra when we became a two car family, but I am looking forward to bumping back up to a Santa Fe soon and I will definitely go back to Mark for help and service. More
