Tustin Lexus - Service Center

I had a terrible experience with Paul Kim, the service associate. First, he gave me a hard time with getting a courtesy car while they were doing maintenance on my car. Second, he made discriminatory re associate. First, he gave me a hard time with getting a courtesy car while they were doing maintenance on my car. Second, he made discriminatory remarks about my age, and harassed me for not having a real ID. Hello-It’s not 2020 yet. His computer kept bugging out so it took forever for him to key my maintenance request in. I was there for well over 40 minutes when it really should have taken just 10 minutes. Lastly, when the maintenance on my car was done the next day, Paul Kim did not call me like promised. I had to call the service center myself to confirm my car was ready for pick up, which it was. The dealership in itself may be decent, but AVOID PAUL KIM at all costs if you are getting maintenance done on your car. He’ll make your experience miserable. More
