It's a tough car market out there. We shopped for 3 months and saw every kind of sales person and dealership there is. Tustin Mazda had a good inventory of cars that we actually wanted to buy. Charles kept it entertaining, and he knows his cars. He was familiar with the inventory on hand and at neighbor dealerships, and we never felt like he was tired of our questions. The finance team was also able to find us a better rate than we had pre-qualified for at our bank and the final paperwork and service contract part of the deal (what they often call F&I I believe) was also well done. This is the 4th car our family has purchased from Tustin Mazda. It won't be the last. More

This is a copy of my previous google review: Just got off the lot with a cx30 preferred. I was looking for a new car since my original one was totaled. Overall, Josh really was patient with me and helped off the lot with a cx30 preferred. I was looking for a new car since my original one was totaled. Overall, Josh really was patient with me and helped me a lot throughout the process looking for a new car. In addition, the finance manager was very pleasant to work with. However, I was a little irked due to my original pre order being pushed two months from when I originally ordered. Given the current times, this is fine but I feel like they should reach out when the ETAs change significantly. I had to call to know the ETA.
