We had an excellent experience with Omar. We had communicated with him over email/text before coming in, and he was very responsive and helpful. He was there to greet us when we arrived, and We had communicated with him over email/text before coming in, and he was very responsive and helpful. He was there to greet us when we arrived, and was very friendly. He made the whole process of buying our car very easy, he was very knowledgable and helpful, and we didn't feel at all rushed or pressured. We were initially wary of seeing unexpected fees and markups, but Omar relieved us of this worry, and we were very pleased that Tustin Mazda is very transparent with their prices. As well, Omar went the extra mile and very kindly drove our old car back to our home. There was also free ice cream at the dealership (on Saturdays) that was a nice touch to the experience. More
