Great I've been buying cars from Tustin Mazda since 2008 from the same salesman. He left a couple years ago, but transferred all his customers to Chance Asue. Great choice! I just picked up a 2022 Mazda 3 Turbo to replace my 2019 Mazda 6 Turbo. Love the new car!! Chance was extremely helpful, as he also drives Mazda's. He knows the in's and out's of the workings of the cars. I highly recommend asking for Chance next time you're looking for a new car!! More

Jeff made my experience exceptional! First of all, he happily agreed to show me the car and let me try it out a few minutes before his shift closed, which didn’t happen in Toyota. Secondly, he was excellent at identifying the best car for my needs. After my first store visit with him, I decided to purchase a Mazda instead of other brands I was considering. Jeff made me feel confident purchasing the car from him instead of other dealerships that were more convenient to me. He is able to successfully build trust with his clients and that was a major fact in my decision on purchasing the car from the Tustin dealership. I had bad experiences with other sellers, and he was by far the best one. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable of the car too and was able to answer all my questions. This is the first car I ever purchased in my life and when I need to purchase a second one, I will definitely reach out to him and recommend him.
