Buying a car right now has been proven to be a grueling process. Between hidden dealer mark ups and mandatory add ons not disclosed until you arrive to the dealership, we were vertical discouraged. I found Tustin Mazda through yelp and the reviews were excellent. The entire process was a breeze. They are very transparent and honest with their pricing. What you see online is what you pay. Sammy was very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction enjoyable. This is a very no pressure dealership and we definitely appreciated that. We will buy our future vehicles from Tustin Mazda! Overall the experience great! Janell was very helpful and exuded strong customer service experience throughout the transaction. I'd say the only areas that I though could be bette Janell was very helpful and exuded strong customer service experience throughout the transaction. I'd say the only areas that I though could be better was having the owners manual ready (it wasn't in the car, nor did they have an extra on in the dealership so she had to order one for me). Also, the gas tank should have been filled up (there was only 1/4 tank of gas in the car). But I love the car so far and basically a very good experience. More
