I know most people would rather have a root canal done without Novicain then go to a dealership for service but OC Mazda makes service painless. The dealership treats their customers like family. Dylan Ro without Novicain then go to a dealership for service but OC Mazda makes service painless. The dealership treats their customers like family. Dylan Roberts is an excellent service advisor. He has the ability to explain information and break it down so that you are fully aware of what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. Finishing the service, I now know the condition of my tires and brakes. As a woman who has very limited car knowledge, I appreciate the explanations and the trust that he installs with his knowledge. His easy going demeanor and his humor puts me at ease so that I can ask a question and not feel dumb for asking it. I don't think I can find the words to express what a great team that John Patterson has built at OC Mazda. I wandered in 7 years ago and Javier took great care of me and got me into a CX3. I am proud to say that my husband and daughter followed suit. We are a 3 Mazda family. My in-laws just purchased their first Mazda. All because of the great experiences that we have had at Patterson Mazda. I am pretty sure that I could find a cheaper oil change but you get what you pay for. I absolutely recommend Jim Feinstein and Tustin Mazda! I knew that I wanted to purchase a CX-5 but was unsure of the trim level I wanted so Jim had several ready for me to look at.
