Thank you to Tony Mattingly, my service representative! Tony has taken care of my Mazda 3 service needs for over 6 years now. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently I needed Tony has taken care of my Mazda 3 service needs for over 6 years now. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently I needed my air conditioning serviced. Thinking that I would take it to a local dealership (I recently moved out of the area) I called him when the quote I received was extraordinarily high. Right away he knew that this quote was inaccurate and encouraged me to make the drive to Tustin Mazda for service and while they worked on my car he would provide me a loaner car free of charge. After taking a look at my car the mechanic (Wayne) quickly agreed with Tony. Instead of the $3600+ that the other dealership was going to charge for things I did not need, my cost at Tustin Mazda was $1100, saving me $2500 in unnecessary work. My air conditioning works perfect and the other couple of items that needed fixed to where attended to as well. I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone like Tony looking out for me. Thanks to both Tony and Wayne for the excellent, professional work! More
