TUSTIN-Mazda has been nothing but superior in terms of customer service and meeting my needs as the car owner. I purchased my Mazda about two years ago from this specific dealership . Dylan Roberts is my customer service and meeting my needs as the car owner. I purchased my Mazda about two years ago from this specific dealership . Dylan Roberts is my certified service advisor and he is as efficient and gracious as anyone could be. I thought I had a 10:40 am appointment today (at least that’s what I was attempting to secure online) However, apparently I m not totally online saavy. I was greeted graciously and referred to Dylan. He said, “ No problem, we will get your car serviced.” I went for a walk instead of waiting inside . Shortly there after, my phone buzzed and it was literally link to a video of the Mazda servicemen doing a all points inspection of my car that I was able to view … he even showed me the exact amount of wear on the rear brakes. No chance Tustin Mazda will charge you for some thing that you don’t need because they show you in a real time video. I couldn’t be more impressed . Tustin Mazda Has my complete confidence because of their service monastery and trustworthiness and exemplary customer service. More
