Made my first car purchase with Chance at Tustin Mazda and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chance was extremely kind, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain what options I had availabl and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chance was extremely kind, and knowledgable. He was extremely responsive anytime I had a question and kept me updated as we were waiting for the car I had chosen to be shipped! Even when I ended up last minute changing my mind on the color he was very quick in working with me to look at what was available and we ended up finding my perfect car ready to drive off the lot that night. He also was very helpful with setting up and coordinating my trade in which was a unique situation as the title was under my moms name in a different state. Overall a great experience! We bought Mazda 3 sedan from Tustin Mazda. Jim (our Sales person) was amazing and very efficient. Almost all Mazda dealers were charging some markup price above MSRP except Tustin and Hungting Jim (our Sales person) was amazing and very efficient.
