Josh took time on his day off to show me the cars I was interested in and walk me through the different trim levels. He shared personal experience with the CX-5, which I really appreciated and took time to interested in and walk me through the different trim levels. It is a wonderful dealership, and they take excellent care of their customers and their cars. Tony has been my service provider since day 1. He is always pleasant and cheerful- it is like coming to visit a friend. He remembers both my name and my car. Tony is efficient, explains the service I am due for, and always asks if I have any concerns. I always ask him to let me know if future repairs needed. He stays in contact throughout my visit there, and updates me as to other things to watch. Before I leave, Tony and I usually discuss items that aren't needed today, but should be dealt with in the near future - or if everything is fine, and he'll see me in about 3 1/2 months. I really appreciate Tony looking out for both my car and me. He has never tried to talk me into any service, but let's me know what is available and if it would benefit my car! I tell all my friends that are car shopping to go to Tustin Mazda -outstanding service, friendly people, a dealership that wants to make its customers happy. I live Tustin Mazda and so does my car!
