He took the time to make sure my wife understood everything the car had to offer. In todays crazy market, I was surprised that they didn’t mark up their cars and was at the price point I wanted for that specific model. We would recommend anyone to consider Tustin Mazda for their next car purchase. More

Chance was responsive and helpful with answering any questions I had. I live in San Diego but would make the trip up to Tustin Mazda in a heartbeat to get their exceptional service. Chance helped me get all my ducks in a row over email so that I didn't have to make the drive up until I was ready to pick up my new car. They were transparent with their pricing throughout the whole experience and didn't add any extras to the car (no pre-installed LoJack!). Even while waiting to chat with finance, I was offered free Chickfila! When I got to meet with the finance guy, I didn't feel like I wasn't trying to be sold a ton of extra junk that I didn't need. Would 10/10 recommend! More
