I dealt initially with Omar Jassy and the majority of the time was with Janell Keough. Both Omar and Janell were very friendly and professionally courteous. Janell really took the time to show me all the tech features in the vehicle as I was upgrading from a 2009 Honda CR-V that didn't even have bluetooth. The dealership really took their time to get to know me and my needs, but perhaps what really put them at the top of my list is the fact that they were the only Mazda dealership to offer me a genuinely fair price on my trade-in. No games, no upselling, no secret aftermarket costs, etc. Just a legitimately fair transaction between two parties....how refreshing to work with a dealership that really cares about their customers, especially during this crazy automotive market! I can honestly say after this experience that I feel like a real member of the Mazda family and Tustin Mazda now has a long-time repeat customer....thanks again for all your help, guys! More
